I confirmed a date back in November to have my roof replaced in the spring. They said they would be at my place before 9am on April 4. By 9am 6 very hard workers were on my roof tearing it up, then more workers came, and by 6pm I had a brand new roof, with compliments by my neighbors. There was one small follow up issue with a new fan vent (my house was not in code compliance, they fixed that) and they scheduled a time to address it and did.
