Was a little nervous when my install day was pushed back twice because the materials were delayed. But installers couldn’t have been any nicer. Actually were a few pieces of siding short but the project manager hunted down the pieces and finished the install by himself the next day and put the shutters back up. Great customer service from the initial salesman (Jeff), the office staff, the installers, and the project manger (Quintin). Very happy with finished project. Looking forward to the next ... Had a new roof installed and some gutters replaced with the addition of another downspout. The contractor listened carefully to the alterations I wanted, but the communication of this to the actual installers was suboptimal, necessitating their return to accomplish the alterations. All the work was , however, completed in a timely fashion and the quality of the work was excellent.
