Ken’s Parkhill Roofing put smart vents on my roof and did an excellent job. My attic had no intake ventilation which made it extremely hot up there. After the job was finished, my attic is definitely not as hot and I have peace of mind that my shingles are not being ruined from the heat anymore. I spoke to Lisa & Ken who were both so nice and helpful in getting the job done right. I highly recommend this company.

Was a little nervous when my install day was pushed back twice because the materials were delayed. But installers couldn’t have been any nicer. Actually were a few pieces of siding short but the project manager hunted down the pieces and finished the install by himself the next day and put the shutters back up.
