They did an excellent job in spite of the cold weather. They had knocked on the front door upon arrival but I was in the far back of the house did not hear. Preparing to leave myself They wew finishing up, cleaning up and hauling away any debris from the job and asked me to come out and inspect the work they had done.I I did a walk thru with them and an excellent job they did I was well please. Without hesitation I will call upon them again.

I was very pleased with the response when I called. They came out when it was safe to get on the roof and check the area that needed repaired. It was a small section and I had singles here so he was able to do the repair immediately. He then inspected the entire house to see if there were any more issues. We discovered a hole in our roof after a recent storm. Ken's Parkhill sent out a salesman quickly to assess my situation. My roof was just over 20 years old, they color matched my roof the best they could, you can hardly tell. The team was on time, efficient and friendly, AND did a great job! Thank you Ken's Parkhill! (worth noting that the new shingle looks lighter because the surrounding shingle was damp due to rain the night before)
