I was hesitant on getting my roof replaced because of all the horror stories I have heard from friends and coworkers. A friend referred me to Ketchum. I received a call from Chase and scheduled a meeting for him to do an inspection. After the inspection he filed the claim through my insurance, which was super helpful and convenient. I had a great experience with Ketchum. Davis was super helpful and informative. He gives a good vibe. It's not the car salesman vibe that makes clients distrustful. He helped with the claim and talking to the claims adjuster. Everything was just so simple. John was also helpful and made sure we didn't have any questions. I really appreciate you guys helping our young family. Thank you. The house looks great!

Ketchum provided excellent service. They responded immediately to my concern, gave a thorough inspection, and helped me work with the insurance company for reimbursement. The roof work was completed in one long day which was great for not majorly disrupting schedules. Everyone was really helpful and thoughtful and the roof is quality.
