From the first interaction to the closing of the project,; personalized customer interaction. We first spoke with Will Craley, briefly. Next, that evening, we met with Andrew Samela, Roof Inspector. That very evening, we had a personalized plan based on our roof specifications. We also wanted our front porch demolished and replaced with aluminum columns, and were working with outside contractors.
