John made the insurance filing process a breeze. He is very knowledgeable of the entire process and handled most himself, it was mostly seamless to me. Installation was also on time, and as explained to me by Lou, the GM. All my concerns were handled, and answered. They did quality work and on time, which seems to be a rarity lately. I would definitely recommend and use Ketchum Roofing & Windows again.

If you're looking for a roofing company STOP. This is the company to go with! The Owner, John, is awesome. Very straight forward and takes the time to explain everything and answer all the questions. The entire team: Fendley, Chase, Lou, the workers, every single person that made contact with us was phenomenal and wanted the best. You can tell these guys LOVE doing what they do.
