I can't say enough about the professionalism, workmanship, and thoroughness of the Ketchum team. All aspects of the process was explained; they took care of dealing with the insurance company ; they worked with us to select the best type of shingles for the roof ; the actual work on the roof was completed in one day and they did an excellent job with the cleanup. John, Chase, Lou and Fendley are the A+++ team! They are very professional, responsive, honest and, overall, great people to work with. They explain everything from the beginning, helped us with insurance claim, worked fast and cleaned very well when work was done. After a couple of months of roof installation, we discovered a leak during a rain storm and called Lou.
