They will get you to sign a contract then you'll find out they aren't going to do the job for 3 months. As overpriced as they are you'd think they would run a more respectable business. Try giving honest info prior to trapping someone into a contract.
***Update: See the company's response to me. Ask yourself why a company would refuse to put in writing the work they are committing to perform and the materials that are going to use. Documenting their process does not help if they verbally say they are going to do things and fail to do it. If it's not in writing then you are just out of luck. How do you prove that they said they were going to do something? Fair warning to all.***
