Kirkin did a repair job on our screened in porch roof. It blended so well, that we thought it had not been done. We were not home at the time of the repair. After receiving photos of the repairs, we were sure it was completed. Now we will wait for a rainy day/night and hope for no more leaks! Communication with the company was great, but I think the workers should leave some evidence (paperwork, perhaps?) that they came to the site, if no one is home.

With our roofs being 23 years old, my two neighbors and I agreed to get our roofs done this fall with a single contractor in hopes of getting a better deal. Kirkin provided a nice discount as they go three jobs on a single day and we are very happy with the final results of the job. They provided some extra services that the other roofing contractors did not offer.

I had a great experience with Kirkin on my roof repaired. Amber was excellent at coordinating with my schedule. James is awesome. He showed photos of the areas that needed work during the consult and when all the work was done as well. I highly recommend Kirkin Exteriors! In fact, I actually have recommended them to my neighbor who also had some work done on her house. Fairly priced. Very friendly. Great customer service. Excellent service. Thanks!
