Kirkin Exteriors from start to finish! Excellent customer service, Melissa in the office was my contact and I can't say enough about her! She was so courteous, knowledgeable and friendly! Answering all my questions promptly and making sure I understood the whole process. First time we used their service was for a new roof. I contacted Kirkin regarding a gutter end cap repair for my townhome. I spoke with Chelsea who was very friendly and immediately scheduled an appointment for the following week. Their associate James arrived promptly at 7am and gave me an estimate on site which was very easy and convenient. I couldn’t be happier with the communication and accommodations and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to get work done.
