I called Kirkin at 4:30 am with water coming from bedroom ceiling. I was hoping to get on the schedule for the next day. I was expecting an answering service. Much to my surprise a person picked up the phone. I told them my situation; their reply was we will be there at 7:00 am and they were. Nuff said.

Kirkin Exteriors installed a GAF roof on our home in 2019. It was done professionally, on time, and expensive. We expected good workmanship, materials, and service for that price. However, what I discovered two years later is that Kirkin charges $125 per visit to examine roof problems. Once they decide on the cause they may or may not refund that charge. I could not be more happy with the work that was done. They started promptly at 7 am and finished work and clean up by 4 pm that day. They use high quality materials and did everything they said they where going to do. I highly recommend them!
