Very poor customer service. I had to email or call multiple times in order to get a response. I wanted an estimate on siding and doors along with my roof and asked for it multiple time and never received it. Dishonest out code items. $1,500 in items that I was told were code and required but in reality is untrue and left for me to pay. My satellite dish was left hanging from the side of my house. I called Kirkin at 4:30 am with water coming from bedroom ceiling. I was hoping to get on the schedule for the next day. I was expecting an answering service. Much to my surprise a person picked up the phone. I told them my situation; their reply was we will be there at 7:00 am and they were. Nuff said.
