We’d like to clarify that our offer to schedule a second visit with a senior associate is never a guarantee of a lower price. Rather, it’s simply an opportunity for a second set of eyes to review the project and see if there’s any way to rework the design or product scope to better fit a customer’s budget. In your original estimate, the proposal included much more than our standard refacing service—such as upgraded crown molding, a new cabinet, under-cabinet puck lighting with a dimmer switch, and electrical work to upgrade two switches to GFI—which naturally contributed to the total cost. We stand behind our pricing, as well as the value we provide. Hundreds of past customers have chosen us because we consistently deliver a quality product, with expert installation and excellent service. That said, we understand that remodeling is a significant investment, and we always encourage homeowners to explore their options and make the decision that feels right for them.
