Earlier this year, we contacted Kitchen Saver to redo the cabinets in our kitchen. We spent four hours with the sales rep who told us the new cabinets would be possible. We spent two hours three weeks later with a measuring specialist who told us our new cabinets would be possible. The measuring specialist was very nice, and left saying we'd hear from them soon about scheduling. This morning, I got a two-sentence email asking me to confirm the job was being canceled.
