Although I didn't get the help initially from the staff on the phone, I did get help from the owner who was eager to make sure that all of my issues were addressed and remedied. Over several appointments all of the seams and rough surfaces were fixed. The door handles were straightened and the lights fixed. The owner definitely takes responsibility for his product and wants customers to be satisfied.
