Terrible experience with just the consultation with the salesman. Called the company to make an appointment and spoke with Carolyn (very sweet). She set up a time and date and said they prefer that all people in the decision making be there (understandable). Al (salesman) showed up to our home and went right in with the typical sales pitch. A very hard-working, relentless installer (Hassan) was surely a main ingredient to the company's overall performance. We are very satisfied and should we, God forbid, require some follow on adjustments, we know that they will be done with the same superb care as the installation itself.
From the 1st contact to set an appointment for a sales representative it has been great experience. Al my salesman was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Bernie who does the final measurement was professional and helped us make some final decisions that we had never considered .
