Quality is poor with chips in cabinet doors, uneven seams, and crooked handles. A sheer lack of attention to detail was surprising and disappointing.

Customer satisfaction and the quality of the finished job is of the upmost importance to Kitchen Saver. Management was immediately responsive to the customer's concerns. We replaced and fixed the items in question. While at the first service appointment a couple of new issues were identified. The customer was advised we would return when the additional ordered items were delivered. This review was left before those items were delivered. The customer was contacted the following day of this review and has since been scheduled for a return visit to address the remaining items. We will continue to work with the customer until they are completely satisfied.
