          I was an educated consumer/quasi-stucco remediation expert when I realized that I had a significant stucco/water penetration issue at our home that was built 33 years ago.           There is no hesitation in recommending KLM Contractors. They are seasoned professionals who know how to get the job done correctly. They removed all the stucco from our home, replacing plywood that had been damaged, installing new Pella windows and doors, installing James Hardy siding, stone work, lighting, and new gutters. Making sure the whole time that things were as we contracted but open to make changes when we requested.
