We first reached out to KLM to do our James Hardie siding in spring 2020 however due to the covid shut down we decided to hold off. I bought a house two years ago. The window in one bathroom leaked during a hard rain. I found out it was an issue with siding installation, and klm had done the work 13 years ago. When I called them about it, they sent someone to repair damaged plywood in my wall and fix the issue. They didn't charge for this. I was impressed with their integrity fixing a problem 13 years later after the home changed hands twice.

The project was done on time and looks great. We had new w8 dows and siding installed. Everything went very well. I was kept informed on the progress every step of the way. They cleaned up the mess after each day so we could still use our yard. Very happy with the finished product.
