Since 2005, we have been serving the Puget Sound region with pride. We began as a one-man operation and developed into a successful business that can take on any size project. Over the years, a lot has changed, but two things have not: our dedication to working hard and our pride in a job well done. These are still very helpful to us. Landmark replaced old wooden siding with Hardie Board, then painted our house. I got quotes from several different contractors that were all roughly for the same amount, but only Rener Vieira, the owner of Landmark, was willing and able to explain clearly to me what his quote included and did not include and why, etc. This was a very major expense for us, so I appreciated the fact that Rener was always completely transparent about what he was doing and why. Landmark Roofing did a full roof replacement on my house. The work was done professionally, promptly, at a reasonable price and looks great. The roof was replaced during a period of uncertain weather, the crew worked hard and long hours on some days to ensure that the house was protected from incoming rain during the middle of the job. You simply won't find a better roofer than Landmark. They recently completed a full replacement of our aging roof with a DaVinci composite (faux) shingle roof and it looks fantastic. Several neighbors on the street have remarked how well it turned out. Who though roofs could look so incredible!
