This homeowner gave us a 5 stars and left the following review on Google, "I was pleasantly surprised when Rener Vieira, the owner and CEO, came out to meet with me at my home to provide a bid to replace my roof on my 100+ year old Craftsman bungalow. He gave me recommendations on the type of roof I should get and have me a very price competitive quote (in writing) within 24 hours. He also brought lots of supporting documentation in a nicely put together packet to show that the company was licensed certified and in good standing with the state of WA. He was the only one of the 3 companies I looked at that did that. The professionalism, responsiveness and fact that he was a family-run business you could tell really cared was why I picked Landmark. Rener was able to schedule the day the project would start around my schedule. The project took a day longer than anticipated because the shingles were late in arriving so start of the work was delayed, which I didn't feel was his companies fault. The clean up around the house was good, there were only a few small scraps that I found in the bushes after the fact. I felt that Rener's customer service was excellent: even after the project was done he checked back with me to make sure that I didn't have any questions and that any concerns I had were addressed immediately. I had Steve out to look at a small leak in our cedar shake roof. He noticed the leak was the result of deterioration of the roof vents as they were over 50 years old. He recommended the other roof vents get replaced at the same time to prevent other leaks. Got a reasonable quote and scheduled the work. The only reason why I didn't give them a 5 star was due to lack of communication on when their installer was coming to my house. It was a minor issue that later got resolved.

Great experience working with the Landmark team to reroof our shake roof to composite shingle. Our estimator Steve was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the quoting process. The installation team was efficient and focused, in 4 days they disposed of the shake (dumpster was delivered early the first day), installed plywood backing and waterproof materials, and installed the shingles.
