I wanted to add 4 skylights to my kitchen after learning that my roof material didn’t allow for a simple retrofit I decided to contract the work out and have the section removed, and a new roof put on. After getting some obnoxious quotes from local companies I had decided to do the work myself. I received a quote from Rener at Landmark and his quote was 3k under the closest bid. Rener also worked with me on the pricing to save me some money which worked out perfectly. From receiving my quote to install I had to wait about 2 weeks due to our wonderful rainy weather. Crew showed up on time, removed two layers of old roof, repaired a section of rotted plywood and installed the new section. The roof looks beautiful, the skylights add a ton of light and the crew and Rener were very professional, timely and responsive. This section of roof looks beautiful. They also identified where the prior roof was installed incorrectly so when I do my next addition I’ll be calling them to finish the rest of my roof. Thanks guys." I could do pull-ups on the hangers. I had them replace a custom skylight with a solar tube. Fixed cost, I figured I'd just get some cheap solar tube. No - they picked the most expensive version, with solar night light included. Also - how often can you find a business where you can call the owner and they get back to you quickly? After the install, Rener personally came to ask if I had any questions, and handed me a frame-able (embossed, fancy) 20-year Craftsmanship Warranty." We had three areas where siding needed to be replaced. Rener walked the project with me before providing an estimate. After getting the estimate, I had some follow-up questions about the process and also wanted to make sure the existing siding would tie in well to the new siding. We had Landmark Roofing and Siding do a siding project on the south side of our house a couple of months ago and the workers did an excellent job! They arrived on time, were very hardworking and to our amazement they even stayed extra late so that it got done in one day! The quality of work was incredible and they left our place clean.
