Since 2005, we have been serving the Puget Sound region with pride. We began as a one-man operation and developed into a successful business that can take on any size project. Over the years, a lot has changed, but two things have not: our dedication to working hard and our pride in a job well done. These are still very helpful to us.     We had our siding replaced with pre-painted James Hardie, which included all plywood, some facia boards and painting soffits. The finished product is beautiful and well executed. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend using Landmark. The owner was communicative and responsive when we had concerns.     Rener and his team were fantastic, we had our house re-sided last summer with Hardie, replacing original Cedar, and had several windows replaced. Rener provided a lot of information and feedback into selecting the materials and provided samples. They were very professional and kept us in the loop on additional work or changes (such as replacing rotted plywood, adding insulation, etc...) that needed to be done.
