Since 2005, we have been serving the Puget Sound region with pride. We began as a one-man operation and developed into a successful business that can take on any size project. Over the years, a lot has changed, but two things have not: our dedication to working hard and our pride in a job well done. These are still very helpful to us. You may be sure that one aspect of our business will remain the same even when products and technologies may change: we put in a lot of effort and produce high-quality work.

Rener and his team have done fantastic job on our roof. The old roof was cedar shakes. The new roof is steel NRM-1000 16 inch with pencil ribs. Also replaced gutters, with leaf guards and cleanup boxes. Great experience working with Landmark, - no long sales talks, useful information, help with selection, quick follow ups, easy scheduling, reachable at any time, attention to details, professional crew, awesome roof and gutters.

We used them last summer, and they did a beautiful job. The staff were always on time, worked hard, remembered everything I told them, and extremely courteous. Not just that, they were clean!!! The swept the ground for nails everyday, and picked up all the debris. Someone came to clean our gutters in the fall and he was surprised that our roof was new because there weren’t any nails in the gutters. He always finds nails and debris in the gutters. Very impressed!

After the June 28th, 2021 heatwave my vinyl siding warped beyond all recognition and I knew I had couldn't put it off a replacement any longer. I called Landmark in September requesting a Hardie Panel replacement and they were doing work in November. Took about five business days for them to get all of the siding done even in heavy rain. Rener (the Founder and President), showed up on time for the initial walk around the house to assess our siding needs. He got us a quote to replace the siding within a day. As soon as we were ready to have the siding replaced, he set a day and his crew was on time. They worked clean and the install is impeccable. The job took exactly the length of time Rener said it would. I would highly recommend Landmark Roofing and Siding. Totally professional and the work is outstanding.

Landmark helped me install a steel metal roof this summer, with coordination of a second solar panel removal and re-install.
