This home needed a lot of TLC. When our crew pulled off the siding, we found asbestos. Immediately, we notified the homeowner and contracted with a state certified company for the asbestos removal. After it was removed, we finished up the siding with these beautiful results. I had Steve out to look at a small leak in our cedar shake roof. He noticed the leak was the result of deterioration of the roof vents as they were over 50 years old. He recommended the other roof vents get replaced at the same time to prevent other leaks. Got a reasonable quote and scheduled the work. The only reason why I didn't give them a 5 star was due to lack of communication on when their installer was coming to my house. It was a minor issue that later got resolved.

Great experience working with the Landmark team to reroof our shake roof to composite shingle. Our estimator Steve was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the quoting process.
