Over the years, a lot has changed, but two things have not: our dedication to working hard and our pride in a job well done. These are still very helpful to us. The pricing was competitive, but that was just the start. Rener promised that his crew would start and finish the job on time - and they did. His crew was friendly and polite. No one smoked. When it was necessary to block the access from our street for a few minutes in order to unload the roofing, the crew checked first with neighbors to make sure it was a convenient time. Finally, the finished product looks even better than it looked in the brochure. It’s not often that a business - any business - under promises and over delivers, but that’s exactly what Landmark did.

I had Steve out to look at a small leak in our cedar shake roof. He noticed the leak was the result of deterioration of the roof vents as they were over 50 years old. He recommended the other roof vents get replaced at the same time to prevent other leaks. Got a reasonable quote and scheduled the work. The only reason why I didn't give them a 5 star was due to lack of communication on when their installer was coming to my house. It was a minor issue that later got resolved.

Great experience working with the Landmark team to reroof our shake roof to composite shingle. Our estimator Steve was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the quoting process.
