Stay way!!! Picture this, a 3 years old kid playing in a backyard full of rusty nails!!!
I had a new roof and gutter put in at one of my rental property a couple of weeks ago. All was great until my tenant informed me that they left a mess (rusty nails, old shingles) behind. Landmark promised to send someone to take care of the problem but days went by and my tenant is still out cleaning up the mess so eventually their kid can go to play outside. With out a doubt the very best customer service around. Austin and his whole entire staff were very professional. I could not ask for a better experience. I would highly recommend these guys for anything that has to do with roofing or construction needs.
