We had them add two skylights to match an original set but the new set looks better than the old set so now we're side-eying the old and thinking about an upgrade. :D At the end of the day the site was spotless... It was hard to believe they were tearing down my old roof (a very messy project by definition). They added harnesses joints to our VERY steep roof so that future cleaning can be done safely. Reme (lead) thought about potential snafus and we addressed them before they became an issue. I had one problem with the product and he brought out the product rep to discuss it with us. Excess tiles were stacked neatly. Landmark roofing made getting a new roof fun and uncomplicated. If a tree ever falls on my house, I know who to call. I recommend them." I had Steve out to look at a small leak in our cedar shake roof. He noticed the leak was the result of deterioration of the roof vents as they were over 50 years old. He recommended the other roof vents get replaced at the same time to prevent other leaks. Got a reasonable quote and scheduled the work. The only reason why I didn't give them a 5 star was due to lack of communication on when their installer was coming to my house. It was a minor issue that later got resolved.

Great experience working with the Landmark team to reroof our shake roof to composite shingle. Our estimator Steve was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the quoting process. The installation team was efficient and focused, in 4 days they disposed of the shake (dumpster was delivered early the first day), installed plywood backing and waterproof materials, and installed the shingles.
