Since 2005, we have been serving the Puget Sound region with pride. We began as a one-man operation and developed into a successful business that can take on any size project. Over the years, a lot has changed, but two things have not: our dedication to working hard and our pride in a job well done. These are still very helpful to us. The pricing was competitive, but that was just the start. Rener promised that his crew would start and finish the job on time - and they did. His crew was friendly and polite. No one smoked. When it was necessary to block the access from our street for a few minutes in order to unload the roofing, the crew checked first with neighbors to make sure it was a convenient time. Finally, the finished product looks even better than it looked in the brochure. It’s not often that a business - any business - under promises and over delivers, but that’s exactly what Landmark did.

    We had three areas where siding needed to be replaced. Rener walked the project with me before providing an estimate. After getting the estimate, I had some follow-up questions about the process and also wanted to make sure the existing siding would tie in well to the new siding.     We had Landmark Roofing and Siding do a siding project on the south side of our house a couple of months ago and the workers did an excellent job! They arrived on time, were very hardworking and to our amazement they even stayed extra late so that it got done in one day! The quality of work was incredible and they left our place clean.
