Since 2005, we have been serving the Puget Sound region with pride. We began as a one-man operation and developed into a successful business that can take on any size project. Over the years, a lot has changed, but two things have not: our dedication to working hard and our pride in a job well done. These are still very helpful to us.     Landmark replaced old wooden siding with Hardie Board, then painted our house. I got quotes from several different contractors that were all roughly for the same amount, but only Rener Vieira, the owner of Landmark, was willing and able to explain clearly to me what his quote included and did not include and why, etc. This was a very major expense for us, so I appreciated the fact that Rener was always completely transparent about what he was doing and why.
