Perry Schwartz, owner of Landmark Roofing, LLC, began his roofing journey alongside his dad at the young age of 15. He quickly learned the value of hard work and how it impacted both homeowners and building owners they worked with. Perry enjoyed the work so much that he decided to start his own roofing business in 2015. Since then, he has continued to pass on the knowledge and experience he gained in his early years to his team at Landmark Roofing. They don’t aim to be just an “okay” contractor; their goal is to be the best in Indiana and Tennessee.

From the time of initial contact until the end of the project, the folks at Landmark were super efficient and conscientious about getting me an estimate and completing the work quickly, even though I assume it was a smaller project than most they deal with.
