Landmark met my expectations in all regards. I had approximately 10 leaking spots in the roof when I called. The salesperson inspected the roof, provided details of all their various roof layers with sample pieces, such as the synthetic wrap, the reinforced valley and overhang materials, shingle options and sample shingle boards, plus drip-edge color choices. Professional! Competent! Only wish would have been to have your super be present daily to review progress. Would have been nice to have 1 English speaking roofer to answer all my questions during progress because as an engineer I tend to ask far too many questions, thanks again to go out of your way to address my damaged shingles that were delivered. We work very hard to have an on-site supervisor at every project at all times to help guide the crew and answer any questions the homeowner may have. At times these supervisors may have to leave the home to purchase additional supplies, acquire equipment or tools, etc. in order to keep the crew’s progress moving forward. We will be sure to discuss your review with our site-supervisors and make sure we learn from this experience and provide even better service in the future.

The workers were friendly and worked. For a whole new roof, I got half a roof and it's still raining in my kitchen. Office staff is nice, though. Quoted 7,000, billed 16,000.

According to our office, it looks like you decided to finance the balance due for the replacement of the roof on the second story portion of your home. The price of that financing is unfortunately out of our control. We do our best to work with financing companies who are fair and treat our customers as we would.

There were change orders during the work due to discovered issues that could not be seen until the work started.
