Great work, love the look of the new roof. The gutters were subcontracted, but we just had our first rain and they work alot better than the previous ones. Only thing I wished was done a little better was with my bushes and lawn. I know it is a long hot work day. They are trying to get a big job done. I also had some pick up around after they were finished which did include some nails near the pool. But overall a great job with the roof,which is what matters.

Very happy with the work Landmark did on my home. Landmark replaced our old roof for a very reasonable price. The salesman and project manager were very helpful throughout the project and the crew who did the work were very professional and did incredible work.

A friend who had her cape cod home reroofed a year ago warned me I would only see the sales rep. once and that the company who sold you the shingles would farm out the the work to a roof crew. That is not how Landmark Roofing does business. I was in touch with the sales rep several times and he went out of his way to get my questions answered. We selected Landmark from 4 bids. They were much less than the highest and very close to the lowest. This is a difficult and complex roof (12 pitch). The job took about 3 days and was perfect.
