          I cannot say enough about the great job that Carlos and his teams did when replacing my roof and gutters. Carlos worked with my insurance and made sure they were aware of all the damaged areas, which made the process hassle-free for me! (thank you, Carlos!) The roof has a steep pitch and the teams worked quickly and safely and made sure that there was no damage to the landscape.           These guys are the BEST! We worked with Steve and he took excellent care to make sure that our roof and siding was inspected properly for the damage that occurred in our area (Schaumburg) during a July 2017 hail storm. Steve also was very responsive through the entire process and worked with our insurance company to make sure that our claim was consistent with ALL the damage from the storm.           We worked with Steve Ward and he was great. After a severe storm and a microburst in July we had a lot of damage to our home, roof, siding, gutters. Steve was here when the insurance company adjuster came. While the adjuster was doing the paperwork Steve explained what was going to be covered or not covered and why.
