Very good customer service, and extremely quick turn around. We were scheduled within a week after we sent our deposit in. These guys don't linger and leave loose ends hanging for months. The new roof was done in one day, no having to live in a literal construction site for endless weeks. Quick turnaround doesn't come at the cost of poor work, or unavailability to ask questions (and yes, always to a human, no AI Joo Dee lol).
