I was very disappointed with my experience. From the moment they arrived, they implied that their product was likely beyond my budget — which felt presumptuous and off-putting. I am fully able to afford the best product, but I also strive to support the best and most reputable company. If they’re so worried that a potential customer might not be able to afford what they’re selling, perhaps they should provide a disclaimer before scheduling an appointment — you know, to spare everyone the trouble...
