We are generally weary of anything installers due to some bad experiences, but Jeremiah and Michael were absolutely flawless with a complete window and door replacement (all windows in the house and patio French door). Kind, respectful and hard working folks. 100+ degree 50% humidity and no complaints. Lifetime did a great job finding them and they did a fantastic job at our home. 10/10 would recommend!

Part 1: Main office didn't order my windows until I called to check status and they discovered their error. Part 2: Did not accurately measure side sliding window and grafted aluminum to the casement with full length of additional putty to fill the gap. On-going fight for replacement seems to be blocked by their red tape. BBB complaint and Yelp! complaint triggered a response but resolution appears stalled.
