I live in a large condominium complex and the HOA have very stringent requirements for windows and their installation. Shon Romines their sales representative worked tirelessly for a month and a half to get approval for the windows. Lifetime did a good job with my roof replacement and solar installation. It was convenient that they did all the coordination and it was all with one company. They worked with my insurance company directly, which made it easy on me.
We did have an issue with one item, but I reached out to Max who was my sales rep, and he helped fix the issue and get resolution. Overall, it was a very easy process with Lifetime Roof & Solar.
