***Update*** The company reached out quickly and worked with us to remedy all the below issues. Customer service of all involved was very good, they all were very understanding of the situation. We had to wait for our parts to come in so we had to wait a short time to get the final fix. Steve came out and removed and reinstalled the whole system.
