2 stars only because they were kind while they tried to swindle us. Sat my wife and I down for 2 hours and gave a PowerPoint on their history (1st red flag) just to tell us an acrylic tub and shower replacement would cost 15,000 dollars. Oh but don't worry they have a lifetime warranty. I promise you will never need work to be replaced that many times to justify that price.
