Our installer Tony Douglas was AMAZING!!! He and the plumbers are the only reason this review is not a 1-star. Tony was punctual, professional, open to answering all of our questions, tidy with his work/clean up and just a pleasure! If it weren't for the skilled laborers, this company wouldn't stand a chance! Donny Dean & Jeff Riddle did a fantastic job on our old metal removal and plumbing drain replacement & repair. They protected our carpets and respected our time & property. We had the tub torn out and a beautiful new shower installed. Donny even came back with some extra trim to hide our ugly tile floor near the shower.

Gary Bennett and protégé Andrew were excellent to work with. Very responsive to questions, meticulous in the installation process, great at any explanations, and really went above my expectations for timeliness and drive to complete our project. They cleaned up every evening so that our dog was not endangered when running. I absolutely would want them doing any future projects.
