The installer, Joe was great! He came at the time i expected, got the job done efficiently, cleaned up afterwards and went over everything I needed to know about use and care of my new shower. Side note! My salesman, Randy was great as well. He was thorough and gave me some great tips. Overall experience was 5 star.
