Tony was great. He made sure I knew about the product, was professional, and my dog even likes him! Update - Changing my rating because LJ Stone keeps harassing me on the phone. Do NOT go with LJ Stone unless you want to be hounded relentlessly even after you ask them to stop multiple times.
