Steve Dean and Skyler did a fantastic job with the patio cover. Even though it was brutally hot, they stayed on task with only a few breaks. Amy was fabulous over the phone and kept me up-to-date about everything and was quick to answer questions. Everyone was very friendly. I would highly recommend L.J. Stone.
Working with L.J. Stone was a bit of a mixed bag. There was extremely poor communication on their end about when they would charge our credit card and schedule the installation. However, the installation itself went very well. Joe Bear was awesome and very informative. He worked efficiently and left the area completely clean. It's too early to say whether or not the tub is worth what we paid, but the installation LOOKS fantastic and Joe was on time for both days of the job. Thank you, Joe!
I needed to get my sliding glass door replaced & stumbled across L.J. Stone. I have had some issues with contracts in the past but these guys make sure you stay up to date & know what's going on. The only suggestion I have is that it would be helpful to give a 2 week min. notice before trying to schedule installation. However you do have the option to schedule in the future when they call. Now it's time to get the front door done!
