Tony Douglas was the installer of my bathroom. He was polite and so very kind. Other than a beautiful modernized bathroom, he left no clue that he had been there. He left my home cleaner than when he arrived:)

Travis, I’m sorry we missed the opportunity to earn your business by cancelling multiple appointments and then declining the project without a clear explanation. This is certainly frustrating and not the experience we want anyone to have. We appreciate you noting that you’ve been impressed with our work in the past and, if you’re willing, please contact our office at (877) 475-8803 with your details and we would be happy to speak with you further regarding your experience. Thank you again for your feedback.
