Doug D leveled door deadlock plate that was installed wrong to begin with & 1st person who came out to fix it so it would lock, didn't know what to do! Doug had to file plate down & it works but $4k door still not level in frame! I'll never use this co again & way too expensive for quality of work! But 5 stars to Doug who figured out how to make deadbolt lock!
