He came early. He was friendly and introduced himself and who he was representing . He replaced the hose to the hand held shower head put the new curved shower rod in and showed me how to use it. Overall experience excellent. His name is Tim Beaty

Doug Dargo did an excellent job installing the new shower. Jacob Redneze for a helper did a very good job. Doug and Jacob were very polite to my mother and they did a very nice job cleaning up the after the installation. Steve Terhune also did an excellent job with the pluming. I would recommend them to anyone.
