Tony was our installer and did a fantastic job with great attention to detail. He was pleasant and respectful to us and our home. However, there was some miscommunication about the sealant colors. During installation, we were asked to choose between two options, “trans” and grey/white, without knowing the company offered over 30 colors. Alex and Josh were great! Their work was excellent, they were professional, friendly, and answered all our questions. I would rate them a 10 on a scale of 10. The finished product looks fantastic. Mitchell and Andrew were phenomenal! Not only do we have some wonderful new windows in our house we had great company in the mean time. They even ran into some issues with mold from the old window leaking and they didn't miss a beat figuring out the issue and how to fix it. They were great with our dog and my son, although they are both pretty well behaved anyway.
