First off the customer service was very good, they were responsive and professional. Unfortunately for our overall experience with installation and final product does not warrant a 5 star review. The initial installation of our tub and shower surround looked amazing, minus the fact that the back panel grout lines didn't match(we paid extra for tile look). Alex the installer did a good job on our tub/shower conversion. The shower looks great and he finished in five hours. Would rcommend.
