We are very impressed with this company! Their installer Josh Elliott is very knowledgeable, very prompt, extremely hard working, a great communicator, and handled adversity well. When removing our old shower, he ran into soaked insulation with black mold and infested with ants. This was a shock to us. We had Donny out for another great bathroom project. He was very understanding when I had to leave for a family emergency and was very respectful of my property. He completed the project in a timely matter and was super responsive whenever I had questions. He never assumed I wanted something set up a certain way and always went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work.
